"Actions speak louder than words" II
At last, a contribution commensurate with the wealth and goodwill of our nation. Sickening that it had to come in the wake of criticism and pressure -- the Administration's first reACTION more sickening still. But, at least criticism and pressure worked this time around. The death toll from the tsunami is unfathomable, and it's time we did the right thing.
And how about the wrong thing? Hmm?
I wish I hadn't seen this but, unfortunately, I have. Via Raw Story, this extremely horrifying example of the evil that lurks in the Westboro Baptist Church of Total Motherfucking Assholes. The headline speaks volumes: "Thank God for Tsunami & 2,000 Dead Swedes!!"
Seriously -- FUCK YOU. You're a cancer. YOU HAVE NO FUCKING SHAME.
